Six years ago, Sarah relocated to Spain and founded Costa Health, bringing her extensive experience and standards of care to the Costa del Sol. Since then, the clinic has become known for its integrated approach to musculoskeletal health, combining chiropractic expertise with advanced rehabilitation and performance-based treatment.

Alongside her clinical work, Sarah has been actively involved in golf for many years and has developed a specialist interest in the assessment and treatment of golfers. She has created a unique, measurable golf screening process designed to identify movement restrictions, asymmetries and injury risk factors that directly impact performance.
This advanced screening provides golfers with a detailed report and clear, actionable recommendations, allowing both the golfer and their coach to understand exactly where improvements can be made. Sarah has worked with professional golfers, elite amateurs and recreational players, helping them reduce injury risk while significantly improving movement efficiency and performance on the course.
Her work is trusted by golf academies and coaches across the Costa del Sol, where she collaborates closely to ensure a joined-up approach between physical preparation, rehabilitation and swing development.

Pregnancy Chiropractic Care
Sarah has treated pregnant women throughout her career, supporting them through the physical changes and demands of pregnancy. Since having her own two children, this work has taken on a deeper personal significance. Her own experience of pregnancy and motherhood has strengthened her understanding of the challenges women face, both physically and emotionally, during this time. As a result, Sarah has developed a particular interest in providing safe, gentle and effective chiropractic care to support mothers through pregnancy, helping to reduce discomfort, improve movement and promote overall wellbeing at every stage.
Triathlon-Specific Assessment & Treatment
Sarah began working with triathletes during her time in the Wirral, where she supported athletes from Merseyside Triathlon Club, regularly travelling with the team to provide care at competitions. She was involved in supporting club members at numerous events, including Ironman Nice, gaining first-hand insight into the physical demands of long-distance triathlon. Alongside her clinical work, Sarah became actively involved in triathlon herself, competing in multiple events and completing the Half Ironman in Mallorca, an experience she particularly enjoyed. This combination of clinical expertise and personal competition experience has given her a deep understanding of the demands placed on the body through swimming, cycling and running. Since becoming a mother, Sarah no longer competes, but she continues to work extensively with triathletes. Her specialist knowledge allows her to assess, treat and support athletes through training, injury prevention and recovery, helping them manage load, improve movement efficiency and perform consistently across all three disciplines.
Qualifications & Specialisations
Sarah graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a First Class Honours degree in Chiropractic over 20 years ago. Since qualifying, she has built an extensive career in musculoskeletal care, clinical leadership and performance-based treatment.

Outside the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys family life in Spain with her husband James and their two children. They love spending time outdoors and making the most of their surroundings, often exploring the countryside and discovering new places together. During the warmer summer months, family life slows down a little, with beach days, pool time and relaxed moments spent enjoying the Spanish lifestyle.
This time away from the clinic allows Sarah to recharge, stay active and maintain the balance she believes is essential for long-term health and wellbeing
